I thought I could find a topic on this but I searched and couldn't find it, so forgive me if its been discussed. But I was wondering, what are the rules concerning squares with hindering terrain-type objects with blocking terrain lines around them, such as the vents on the roof of the outside IC map, or the horse statue on the Outdoor Adventure museum map? Can you fly/climb onto them? Are they considered hindering terrain as well? Are they considered the same elevation as the rooftop if they're on a roof? Can they be destroyed? Sorry if these are obvious questions but I looked everywhere and couldn't find any explaination. Thanks.

As Ramplate said, the rules for these terrain features are in the FAQ under blocking terrain (it's about half way through the FAQ). But to answer your questions:
Yes, you can fly or use leap/climb to get on them.
They are not considered hindering
They are blocking terrain on the roof (they aren't there own elevation).
Yes, they can be destroyed.
