I found that my Avengers teams were always coming up short on the built totals and I didn't always want to play with max feats. So I made these little guys. I put them on a SR Scarlet Witch and I'm good to go. Also all of my custom Avengers must have skrull versions.

Ronin(Echo)

I liked the way my Ronin(Barton) turned out so much I figured I'd do another slightly more female version. My second attempt at using scotch tape in a custom.

Hun, not actually finished. Still have to paint the belt and do some more touch-ups. The idea for the sculpt is blatently borrowed from HavokTX. Also I know I have the hammer wronge. Ususally she has the round hammer like Bill had but I really disliked the SI one and I wasn't about to take it from CM Bill......with any luck the new Bill will give me a better option......but if not I'm cool with the way this looks.

Almost done my Dark X-men.....the Immortal Weapons......Master Izo....and then most likely my next projects will be heavily influenced by HoT either as new base sculpts or as needed replacements....time will tell.

Nice job with the Ronin. I started doing something similar. I was just going for a random ninja type girl. Katana's head minus the hair and Katanas swords. Did you carve away the spider details from Spider-Girl? I left mine on planning on going thick with paint or filling with putty. Didn't work the way I hoped. I also messed up the head a little in my first sculpting experiment.

I didn't really carve out any of the spider details, IIRC, as the tape was going to cover most of the details.

I don't use putty just yet but I have used several layers of paint to fill in details in the past as needed.

Your project sounds interesting. It's a learning process. And I'm still at the very begining of it.

It's not as scary as it seems. Start off using it to fill gaps and work from there. I jumped the gun a little and used a little too much.

I think your mods are great, and once you start using more techniques (like green stuff and others), I think you'll be one of the top modders on this site.

Small q, which parts did you use for the black widow? they look familiar but I fail to grasp which ones it are (invis woman? - mmm... several invis womans apparently ).

Good Q Jazz. My Natasha is a Starter Sue sculpt(SI) that was missing her right arm(it was actually the LE!), so I traded one of mine to the judge so that he would have a normal one. The only additional part to that sculpt is Ult Black Widow's arm as a replacement......the gun was the right size and the arm was close enough to what I was looking for.

If you look at this angle you can even see that I didn't bother to shave off the replacement arms guantlet.
