I am pretty sure you can use enhance on any and all characters in base contact with the character with enhance can't you?

I tried to do this in a game to enhance EE on 2 different people and my opponent said you could only enhance 1 figure a turn.

And just to double check for him: you can also enhance EE, correct?

You can enhance any number of figs per turn and, yes - it works on EE.

The wording for Enhancement is quite cut and dry:

Any friendly figure given a ranged combat action
while in a square adjacent to this character will inflict 1 extra click of damage to any opposing figure(s) successfully hit by the attack.

Nowhere does it specify any limits. The limits on RCE and CCE are from that power description itself.

Personally, I'm planning on using duel Enchancement with duel Incapacitate. Deal 4 damage AND 2 counters. I havn't seen anything to say that SHOULDN'T work, in any FAQ.

My friend was saying that it said any friendly and trying to state that it was meaning any one friendly.

Well, your friend is wrong.

That might have sounded kinda jerky, well I am a jerk, but the truth is it doesn't say any one friendly figure it says any friendly figure.
