OK so couple of questions:
1) Says it targets ALL CHARACHTERS. So that means friendlies too right?
2) Kinda pointless to assign Double time or use the Kinetic Accelerator on the Turkey right? No "Move and attack" available. Right?

It would seem that way.

I don't know about pointless... but those things would not let you use Turkey Coma after moving the Turkey, no.

Mind Control. Either multi-target or lots of individual MC characters.

Use the ring master Mind control SP to give 3 targets move only actions. Then set off the "Turkey Bomb"
or
Push Ch'p to his 18 defend and carry 8 Turkeys to their doom.

I just realized that if you had a turkey adjacent to a turkey, it would take a token too...
