Ulik's special that reduces damage to one can't be countered or ignored. ?There's a special object that doesn't allow damage to be reduced within 4 squares. Which takes precedent?

from all the discussion surrounding this power, id say the object, unless it says "ignore" or "counter"
The Meteorite, Exploit Weakness, and Psychic Blast seem to take precedence, so i think it will be the same thing.

as they say alot round here- its useful to quote the rules text.

SHIELD DISRUPTOR : Damage dealt to characters 4 or fewer squares from this object can't be reduced.

STRONGEST OF ALL ROCK TROLLS: Damage dealt to Ulik is reduced to 1. This power cannot be countered or ignored.

Shield disruptor just flat prevents damage reduction. SoaRT is damage reduction. It can't be ignored or countered, but shield disruptor doesn't say its doing either, so it trumps.

My recommendation at this time?

Ask your local judge.

His word is law right now. He might need a good deputy/enforcer.

Learn what his take on all this is, and treat it like gold until official errata comes out.

If you disagree, let him know, show him otherwise, but whatever he chooses is law until official AP returns.

It is and because the SO does not in any way, shape, or form counter or ignore the reducer it will prevent Ulik's SP from reducing the damage.

No errata or clarification is needed. This one is straight forward.
