Themed teams are forces of HeroClix characters in which all characters (excluding bystander tokens) share at least one common keyword among the keywords listed on their character cards.
When the shared keyword is a generic keyword (as listed in the sidebar), your force must include at least one character (excluding bystander tokens) for each 100 points (or fraction thereof) of the game’s build total to be a themed team.
When the shared keyword is not a generic keyword, your force must include at least one character (excluding bystander tokens) for each 150 points (or fraction thereof) of the game’s build total to be a themed team.
warrior is generic, there you need at least 3 non-bystander characters with that keyword (one per 100 points of the original build total) and none without it
You choose 3 rookie parademon warriors for 19 points each, totalling 57. Then you choose armour piercing on each, for another 30 (this is the maximum you could spend on feats for this build total)
Total 87
You then fill the rest with bystanders.
This is a legal, themed team.
Insane, yes. But legal.
Bystanders neither add nor subtract from a theme (except in personal aesthetics)
It may be more fun to think of it as an exercise in pushing the rules envelope to a rather ridiculous extreme... not insane so much as, "Why would you even do that?!?"
