Yes, it would be an easy KO, the point was just to clarify how you can assign that feat to pretty much anything grounded(transporters being the exception).

Elevation has nothing to do with it.

okay, i said grounded but meant just that they weren't fliers, so anything not flying and isn't a transporter. better?

Not really, since guys can't necessarily use it, and they're neither fliers nor transporters.

Heck, it is even possible for a figure to be a flier.

These three feats work quite nicely on Hulk 2099.

1. Declare a close combat attack with Hulk.
2. Lunge two squares.
3. Attack from two squares away due to Hulk's giant reach.
4. Maneuver the target to the square behind Hulk.
5. Vault over the target, back to the square you started in.

Not only is it a great way to pull a target out of Stealth (moving them three squares!), but it tends to take most opponents by surprise.
