For trade #1, if the figure was in one piece when he sent it, then the arm should have been in the package somewhere. He was obligated to let you know the figure was broken before he sent it. I would have asked him to send a replacement figure or would have left a neutral feedback. You shouldn't have had to pay shipping twice for his mistake.

For trade #2, I would have left neutral feedback. I made a deal with a member here who lived overseas and had very good feedback over 200. I sent first. I sent two messages asking if he sent my package yet and got a response to the second one saying that he sent on a certain date. When the package finally arrived a few weeks later, it was post marked for a week after he claimed he sent it. I didn't leave any feedback, but I should have left neutral because he was a liar.

With trade #3 you were very lucky that you didn't lose your figures. I recently lost a chase and the guy has been trying to trade it here on the realms. You can see the thread about in this forum.

With trade #4 you should leave negative feedback. You are out money because of this guy and possibly your chase if it does not arrive.

It can be very frustrating trying to trade here with some people, but there are more good traders than bad ones. I suggest you trade with people who have been here for awhile and have decent trader ratings.

#2 is one thing that irks me a lot. I understand that life is hectic, and sometimes it's hard to find the time to get things done. Heck, my life has been a mess for the last 2 months. My son plays Lacrosse, my daughter plays Baseball. I've been off of work since last September due to a car accident, my wife works full time and we currently only have 1 vehicle. This last week, and a bit, alone (since last Tuesday), this has been the schedule:

Tuesday: Lacrosse practice 6-7 PM, Baseball practice 6-7:30 ----> opposite sides of town
Wednesday: Baseball practice
Thursday: Lacrosse practice
Friday: Lacrosse game (Tournament all weekend long)
Saturday: Lacrosse game 3PM, baseball game 5 PM
Sunday: Lacrosse game(s) 8 AM, 2:30 PM, practice/tryout for All Star team 5 PM
Monday: Lacrosse game
Tuesday: Lacrosse practice 5:30-7 PM, Baseball practice 6-7:30 PM ---> again on opposite sides of town
Wednesday (tonight): Baseball practice
Thursday: Lacrosse practice

And the cycle continues. A Baseball tournament this weekend, with a Lacrosse game Sunday (at the same time as a Baseball game, again on opposite sides of town) and a Lacrosse practice Sunday night from 5-7 PM.

Oh, and my wife has to work Sunday and we only have the 1 vehicle. Which means I have to get up, drive her to work so that I can have the car for the day, and then somehow figure out how to get to her to pick her up again after work and both games end right at about the time she gets off of work, so I need to somehow figure out how to be in 3 places simultaneously :speechles

To top it off, my son is also on the Track and Field team at school. He's been doing 4 practices a week for that, and he's got the high jump competition today, and the 100 meter and 4x 100 meter relay events on Friday.

Point is, I know about busy, but when I say that I have sent a package out, I've sent it out, and if I get delayed by 'life' I always take the time to at least send the other party a quick PM to say 'sorry, I've been super busy, I'll get it out ASAP, and let you know when I do.' I just consider it common courtesy.
