Lets say the Advance sentinel makes a running shot and is adjasent to a shield member increasing his damage by +1. Then uses RCE. Would that mean he gets 3+1-1 in the running shot and then 3+1-1+2 in his RCE?
No. A single SHIELD character could increase the damage on one attack or the other; not both.

You can use Running Shot to position next to the SHIELD agent and the SHIELD agent could (but does not have to) give a bump to that first attack.
After the Running Shot action, the Sentinel could then use RCE. Again, the SHIELD agent could use its TA to grant a bump to this second attack.
The key point is to avoid the impression that one could use RUnning Shot to activate RCE.
The SHIELD agent could not (as discussed elsewhere in this thread) bump both attacks.
Yeah I remember those times. Good thing some rules that needed changing where changed. Ex flying characters carrying other flying characters.
About the Feats and battle field conditions I don't now if they can be used anymore. I liked them if you used 1 feat or 2 feats at the most. I did not like the BF conditions. Specialy when it became a Yu-Gi-Oh game instead of a heroclix game.
A question is, Are Feats still allowed or is wizkids going to stop creating them and allowing them in games?
They say that the new "Age" of Heroclix will have no feats.
Even if I don't like cardboard SOME feats are MUST have for some characters so I will miss them.
Of course people will keep playing with feats, here on the realms, on the Fantasy League and everywhere, maybe just the official games will not have feats.
the outsiders team ability may be the solution. It removes all the modifiers in the multiattack ability, but be aware you still half your move in running shot, and don't recieve +2 damage with Range Combat Expert (so don't outsider with this power for +1 damage instead)
Outsiders really is an underestimated team ability.
Exept the new Nightwing. He has the outsiders, the teen titans AND the batman TA. Which gives me another question:
3.) Could a wild card character get the Titans TA or the Outsiders TA form Nightwing?
4.) I now characters dont affect the line of fire. But, Is the line of fire drawn to or from a Sentinel to a Standard character affected by hindering terrain?

Wild cards can only copy TAs that another character possesses. So when an SP or a trait allows a character (any character, Nightwing isn't the only one with bonus TAs) use a TA it doesn't actually have printed on the dial, look for that word: possess. If it isn't there, if the character is merely using this extra TA, then it can't be copied.

From the Advanced Sentinel rules:
Lines of fire drawn to and from the Advanced Sentinel are not blocked by
standard characters (characters with the damage symbol), but they are blocked by giant characters (characters with the damage symbol) and other colossal figures on the same elevation. Blocking terrain blocks a line of fire drawn to an Advanced Sentinel normally.
Nothing in that section says they ignore hindering terrain when drawing LOF.

So yes WC's can copy Nightwings TA's, a least that's what i get since he possess the symbols, which in turns grants possession of the TA's.
