Quick question If my opponent has say Circe and Saturn girl and I attack Saturn girl when does he have to declare that she is using Mystics team ability given Legion wild card ability?
Is it automatic or what if he just plain "forgets"?

he has to declare it and even then he cant switch back until that action resolves. nothing s automatic in heroclix, save for those superpowers, always on unless you declare them off...

If Circe's Mystic ability is the only team Saturn Girl can copy it's pretty much automatic - though stating this at the start of the game would avoid complications (i.e. "BTW SGirl is a Mystic until Circe is KOed").

Otherwise the player should state Saturn Girl's team when she is targetted - before the dice are rolled (or say something like "Everytime you attack Saturn Girl, she'll be a Mystic).

I did something exactly like this last night in a booster tourney, except it was with the Batman team ability instead of the Mystics. I had Saturn Girl and Live Wire who were duping the Bats TA of Batgirl. At the beginning of each game, I would tell my opponent, "Unless I say differently, all my Legionnaires are copying the Bats TA during your turn." It helped make things run so much smoother.
