lunge and flurry

can a character use lunge with flurry to move in between each flurry attack? Or do they have to stay in the same place as the first attack?

For some reason, this feat has generated an almost obscene number of questions. I realize it is a pretty unique and useful feat, but, wow, I am still impressed when I do a search and see how many Lunge related threads pop up.
