can a piece use hss with BCF and Flurry?

No.

HSS requires a power action that allows a close combat or ranged combat attack. Furry requires a close combat action to activate and BCF activates when a close combat action is given. With HSS, no close combat action is given, only a close combat or ranged combat attack.

And a character cannot be given more than one non-free action.

so why can ZOOM use hss with flurry, flurry is a close combat action.

Zoom specifically makes an exception so that he can use Flurry.

From the Player's Guide:

Zoom has a Special power that ignores the normal rules of the game. He is the only one that can do it because of this special power.

EDIT: Sigh... why do I try... :> You guys do it better anyway so I guess its cool.

And for the record, when Zoom uses Flurry, he isn't being given a close combat action. He is being given a free action (says so right in the special power description).

So no BCF for Zoom while using Flurry if he were to be able to use BCF somehow (like via Mikron's SP).
