i have another question, i know that phantalien already asked this question, but it was way back in 2008, so i'm gonna ask it again just to make sure..
after using outsiders on a friendly, can you cancel the outsiders team ability so that you will be able to modify the attack value of the said character to attack again at the same turn, by using the compel feat?
Whoever is worthy to wield the hammer. . .

OUTSIDERS
Once at the beginning of your turn as a free action, characters using the Outsiders team ability may choose a character (including itself) within 10 squares to which it has a clear line of fire. Until the beginning of your next turn, the target’s combat values can’t be modified. This team ability can’t be used by wild cards.
Cancelling the TA is not covered in the bolded section. So either the TA needs to be lost/countered or the beginning of your next turn needs to occur; no other ending condition is described.
So outsiders is monsterous against all those ESD figs hiding in cover.....nope no +3 Def Value for you...take that. Are there any modern figs with outsiders? Just wondering?

Two: Chief, who is a great support figure, and Mento, who is a very expensive TKer.
So if you want to play a modern Outsider, I suggest Chief.
