Does the pushing damage occur after the actions resolves?
If "yes", then yeah, it would be a simultaneous effect with the Recharge healing.
If "no", for some reason, then it would not be a simultaneous effect.
Actually could you explain this a little more. I was wondering about a similar power interaction....
Scarlet Spider from WoS has Leap Climb on his first click, which in theory he could be given a move action and take pushing damage to his second click which would then make this SP available...

POUNCE FROM ABOVE:
Scarlet Spider can use Leap/Climb. After he resolves a move action, he can make a close combat attack as a free action.
Would he then be able to make the free attack if pushing from the Move Action revealed the new power?

By the time that power has appeared, the move action would have already come and gone.
From a timing perspective, you might as well ask if you can use this SP because you gave Scarlet Spider a move action last turn.

This is another one of those poorly named powers (at least for me.) Hearing Pounce from Above, I imagine Scarlet Spider on the rim of elevated terrain dropping down on a grounded character to do a close combat attack. Unfortunately Leap/Climb requires a close combat action to do that and this power only allows a close combat attack. It should be called Pounce the Opponent Over There at the Same Elevation.

Scarlet Spider could start from elevated and move to grounded terrain and attack. The he would have pounced from above.

Like I said, the power is poorly worded for me. It's just not how I picture it. You obviously picture it differently. (For me, what you describe is Pounce from the Side; the opponent kinda sees him coming before the attack is made. For me, when it says from above I think of him literally attacking from above the opponent which can't be done with the power. But I should know better...comic books have no place in Heroclix.)
