I have a very basic framework for a team builder made, but I was hoping to wait for the API to the Units Section before I went any further with it. I may have to gather up the data for the figures on my own. That's going to take awhile, though.

While not an official app, my friends and I really enjoy using the iPhone app called "Superhero Powers" when we play. It's a pretty cool superhero soundboard that makes Heroclix that much better IMO.
