Roof Rip: Give Spider-Hulk a power action if he occupies elevated terrain. All elevated terrain within the same continuous border as Spider-Hulk becomes grounded hindering terrain, and deal each other character occupying an affected square 2 damage.

I am playing with Spider-Hulk on the Rooftops map given out during the Coming of Galactus event (the one with all the building tops and the special Open Air terrain). Since this whole map is either building roofs or Open Air, what happens if I use Roof Rip?
Nothing. Roof Rip can only be used when Spider-Hulk occupies elevated terrain and elevated terrain is represented by red lines on the map. There is no actual elevated terrain on the Rooftops map.
