All ATAs can be used by wildcards unless it specifies that it cannot be used by wildcards.

All objects can be destroyed unless it specifically mentions it cannot be destroyed. The dumpster just says it is not destroyed when used in an attack. It could be destroyed if you hit it with a ranged/close combat attack of 3+ damage.

Indestructible objects can be destroyed like any other object or wall or blocking terrain, or removed by Special Powers (like Arcade's)

ATAs act like normal TAs as far as wildcarding go. They specify individually if they can or can't be wildcarded. I don't know all the BatB ATAs off the top of my head, but they can unless otherwise stated. Guardians of the Galaxy ATA can't be copied, but League of Assassins can.

what set was it that said we could not copy ATAs anymore and then was it with the Blackest Night Starter that we could once again?

ATAs got an overhaul after Blackest Night- now you can copy them, they go by keywords, don't count as feats, and don't replace the old team ability. So Man-Bat and Ra's al-Ghul can benefit from the Batman Enemy TA and the LoA ATA at the same time.

what? really? that is awesome! so a tournement announced as "no feats" could still allow Thunderbolts or the Amazon ATA?

You got it. Be aware that Thunderbolts went up to 8 points and Fantastic Four's ATA went up to 5, among other changes.

Note that the Player's guide on WK downloads section is, sadly, NOT the newest one. They're several months behind in getting it updated. The newest one is here. However, there will probably be a new one released a week or so after GSX is released, if you just want to wait and catch up with the latest then.
