Charge prevents Knockback which is based on a dice roll (in this instance) and not the power of Pulse Wave.
So if you roll a crit hit (or doubles) using Pulse Wave, does a character starting with Charge get knocked back?
Doesn't Pulse Wave also ignore abilities? Could you knockback a Colossal then? Most colossals have multi-bases so I get that they wouldn't be knocked back but what about a theoretical Colossal on a single base (like Groot only with the printed symbol and not the power).

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
Any game effects that would prevent a character from
being knocked back, if they are ignored by the Pulse
Waver, would mean the character is knocked back.
