TK breakaway and Plasticity

Kyle Rayner wants to use his free action TK on Larfleeze, but Larfleeze is tied up with Sabretooth.

Does Larfleeze's Plasticity come into effect?

Yes. Unlike, say, Phasing/Teleport or Leap/Climb (which are depend on the character being moved given an action), Plasticity activates any time break away is rolled for any reason.

Read the rules. They do a body good!
