With a demanding job, a wife and kids its hard for me to sit down and read all the stuff on the new rules. Is there something somewhere that sums up all the new changes. I am a long time player and don't need all the rules, just the new changes. Can anyone help me.

you'll want the newest player's guide. Click on the units link and you should find it right on the page that pops up.

There isn't a new Player's Guide yet. The newest at the moment is older than the rules changes and thus there is no reason to check it out (except for all the errata for older figs).
