Nightcrawler is on other side of map performing a hypersonic attack. Prof X is in starting area and meets all other requirements. Can he "see" nightcrawler to use a team theme prob on Nighty's attack?

Prof X would need to possess Prob Control, he is able to use but does not possess Theme Team Prob Control.

no....professor X can only see when he uses his "speed, attack and damage powers. team prob is not one of those
