if i have the old mm pounce can i use it in a restricted tournament because there is a remake or do have to get the new version?

Not unless your venue has altered the retirement section of the HCR by house rule.

Unless the RA has posted some forum ruling I am unaware of, feats retire with their respective sets, just like characters and BFCs. So even if a feat has been reprinted, you still technically need the current, unretired version for tournament play.

I believe you got two for no. All feats, BFCs, and Pogs (all cardboard) that comes with the expansion retires with the expansion. Unless it has been house rule that there is no retirement or have different retirement rules. So it is up to the venue on retirement. There is also unrestricted tournaments and games when you can use any item from previous sets.

So far, the ONLY thing that's been allowed from a retired set (in restricted tournaments where retirement is in force) was the IC/XP reprints of FIGURES that were done in the Universe expansion. No feat card has ever been under the rule of "post-retirement use" like that (aside from house-ruling retirement).
I think that's where a lot of players are getting confused.

Ive never played in Golden Age so forgive my stupid Question but Are there feats that arent allowed in Golden Age Tourneys besides the ATAs?

To answer the actual question, all feats, from the first in Mutant Mayhem to the most recent PnP in Web of Spider-Man and Brave and the Bold are legal in Golden Age. The only thing you have to be sure of is that you're using the most recent wording (and/or point value, in the case of Flashbang, for example) as stated in the Player's Gude.
