Got a question if quasar’s quantum teleportation power work with nick fury’s YOU HAVE YOUR ORDERS, NOW MOVE!

When you give Nick Fury a move action, at the end of the turn, remove an action token from another friendly character that was given a move action this turn and possesses the Howling Commandos, Secret Warriors, or S.H.I.E.L.D. keyword.

Quasar’s QUANTUM TELEPORTATION: Quasar can use Phasing/Teleport. When he does, if he moved 5 squares or less, after the action resolves he can make a ranged combat attack at half range as a free action.

Basically I am wanting to know if this works together. Does nick fury take away quasar’s action token?
