is this going to work? i got hellboy ( wildcard) and johnny alpha( +1 when picking an enemy) on the same team. im facing a few different opponents on different teams. hellboy uses his wildcard to get the 2000ad power, stomps some ho-ho into the ground koing him/her. NEXT TURN, i have to assign the TA hellboy copies. if i choose 200ad again, can i choose another target?

I don't believe so... I think it's a one time deal, no matter what...

I think the way it works is that once you pick a team or figure for 2000AD to be against, it stays that way for the whole game for each 2000AD team member. So if Hellboy changes his team from 2000AD to something else and then back again, the choice for the 2000AD team ability will still be locked.
