Ok I have a few questions about a specific formation I want to use. It involves Darkseid, the blob, and armor. I would put blob and darkseid next to each other and armor behind them.

I have never used the mastermind ability and am a somewhat newer player. Here is a few questions.

1) If Darkseid masterminds to blob does he only take one damage per his ability?

2) If someone outwits blobs defense does he gain the impervious via armor? And if so when darkseid transfers damage to him does henroll for the damage or is it just reduced by two?

3) does he have to transfer all damage or can he transfer part?

1) Yes, that works fine.

2) Armor doesn't share Impervious. No one in the game does. She simply shares her 18 Defense with the Blob.

3) Yes, he has to transfer all of the Damage.

DEFEND Any adjacent friendly character may replace its defense value with this character’s unmodified defense value.

MASTERMIND When this character would be dealt damage, you may instead choose to have all the damage be dealt to a single adjacent friendly character with a point value less than this character’s. Any additional effects of the damage dealt (knock back, penetrating damage, etc.) are applied to the character taking the damage. Damage dealt by this power is not an attack.

1) Blob would ignore all but one damage, so he would only take 1 including attacks that are penetrating.

2) How would he gain Impervious?

3) If he uses Master Mind he has to transfer all damage.
