Brute Honor Guard (Halo Heroclix) Energy Stave power
ENERGY STAVE: Brute Honor Guard can use Charge and Flurry. After it uses Flurry and actions resolve, it can use Force Blast as a free action and all characters hit during that action are knocked back the number of squares equal to the d6 result.
I'm unclear as to the intent of this power. Does the Force Blast *only* affect the characters hit while using Flurry or does the Force Blast have the option of targeting a completely different character followed by also knocking back the characters who were hit during the use of Flurry?
And, while this isn't a rules question, I'd think it'd be really funny to roll doubles while using Flurry (causing an opposing character to be knocked back), followed by knocking them back further with the special Force Blast.

Here is a thread from last week regarding this. The Force Blast can only target a character hit by Flurry. If the character(s) hit by Flurry were knocked back due to doubles, they would not be able to be Force Blasted because FB requires adjacency.

Force Blast
Give this character a power action and roll a d6; a single adjacent opposing character is knocked back from this character a number of squares equal to the result.
