I agree with everyone that Cyborg Supes shoudn't be underestimated and that he is one of the better pieces (points for abilities) in the set. He isn't unstoppable though. First, you don't have to field any items, therefore he can't use your items to heal or attack you, your opponent will have to decide to either heal or attack with the 3 items they have. This will most likely throw a curve ball in your opponents tactics. Now just stay away from his Charge and Penetrating blast him until he is done with his items. :)
This guy is very, very good. First off, his offensive abilities are consistent. He can always crack a level 2 damage reducer, and that's kinda important for someone his cost. His AVs aren't remarkable, but they're consistent. Now he's meant to be a ranged combat figure, holding an object so he can eat it when he gets hit and drops it, and the plasticity helps him stay there. Moving and eating objects is a neat bit there, and he seems to be able to consume hammers, mystical gems and the like. Feeling clever? Use Running Shot to fly up and blast an opponent, then eat that rock he was holding hoping to retaliate with. Owned! Use Nanobots for double-healing fun if you like (you can heal up to 5 clicks that way.) Team him up with 2 Superman Robots for two outwits and some decent backup. I like this figure quite a bit.
Really, really daunting to play against. He's a very tough nut to crack, and once you do it's easy for him to heal right back up. His attack is pretty low for those points and his stats down the dial aren't very good, but his crazy opening click, Indomitable, un-Outwittable Outwit, and ability to heal Nanobots style but better make that barely matter. Possibly the best counter to the common Superman. Tie him up, counter his Hypersonic Speed, and play the attrition game.

Loves Larfleeze, should have Rip It Up on him in golden age. Seriously, almost no figure works with Larfleeze as well as Hank does. Move the constructs with his free tk so Larf can attack, eat the constructs to constantly heal, all this for someone who is also very good on his own and has Superman Enemy TA. Also consider teaming him with the upgraded Grandmaster Hank Henshaw and some generic Superman Robots for double the fun.
Also, a Faces of Hank Henshaw team is fun. Cyborg Hank moves one square every time Grandmaster Hank does something, and Grandmaster's HSS complements Cyborg's power set very nicely. Both being indomitable is just icing on the cake.
I don't generally play DC (my venue tends to stick with single universe games so I tend to stick with Marvel) but thanks to this bad boy I play DC a lot more now. He is so much fun to play with Manhunter Grandmaster, Eradicator, and a few Superman Robots.
So explain to me why exactly this piece has ever been rated lower than 5 Stars. Yes, the sculpt isn't great but who cares? The piece itself to me is the best piece from the Superman Set and although I own him I know this not from playing him but from playing against him. He's just impossible to handle at times and if he gets paired up with the right support he's just unstoppable
