Hord Tokens

Question on Lord of the rings hord tokens:

How do these interact with theme teams?

Can I have a theme team while adding hord tokens to my build, similar to bystander tokens?

Example.

I run the fellowship of
Frodo
Sam
Arogan
Pippen
Merry
Riders of Rohan (hord tokens)
300 point game

Am I a theme team? Thanks.
