BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS When this character is given a close combat action, you
may roll a d6 after making a successful attack roll. The result replaces this character’s
damage value, then that damage value is locked.

As W.I.T. pointed out, the answer is in the rules.
Things that should be clixed:
1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2) He-Man 3) Thundercats 4) Gundam
Basically the 80's needs clixing.
Adding to this... When you Flurry blades, Do you roll blades for both attacks? or can I keep a good blades roll from the first atk? Like I hit... get a 5 and then second atk... can i keep that 5? also the other way around. I hit, get a 1... can I re-roll for second atk?

You would roll for both attacks.

Like say I hit high with first atk with blades and I don't want to risk getting a low number with second atk. Can I choose not to roll for second atk and deal regular damage?
reason I bring this up it is cause what if I guy had 2 base damage with flurry blades. He atks a fig and gets high with blades and hits the fig to his second last click. I wouldn't want to roll blades and risk getting a one. lol

You don't have to roll for the second attack just like you don't have to roll for any attack with Blades, but then you will use your normal damage value.
You could Flurry (character given CCA, BCF available)
Attack 1 hits: deal DV or roll BCF instead
Attack 2 hits: deal DV or roll BCF instead (new roll)
You could Exploit Weakness (character given CCA, BCF available)
Attack hits, deal DV or roll BCF instead. Either way = penetrating
You could make a vanilla close combat attack (still requires a CCA, straight up close combat attacks only result from other powers, like HSS. Character given CCA, BCF available)
Attack hits, deal DV or roll BCF instead
The only one I am not doing here is Quake. Quake will activate BCF but the interaction is a freaking essay.
I thought the new "locked" wording on blades changed this slightly. In otherwords after I roll a six, my DV value is locked at 6. So my second flurry attack would deal 6 automatically.
If what you are saying is correct vlad...please explain the purpose of the "locked" language in blades.

In the second flurry attack, you make a new attack roll. The damage value is locked for one attack
If we used your basis, the damage is locked from the first roll for the game
How locking works is found on page 5 of the rulebook...

LOCKING
Certain replacement values are referred to as “locked”. Locked combat values ignore all other replacement values and modifiers. Whenever a combat value is calculated and a locked replacement value is applied to it, the locked replacement value is the only replacement or modifier that can affect that combat value, and if a specific number is locked, that number is the only possible result of the calculation. Unless otherwise specified, locked values last until the end of the ATTACK that caused the locked value. If there was no attack in the action that resulted in the locked value, then the locked value lasts until the action resolves unless specified otherwise.
In this Flurry provides two seperate Attacks.

The locked simply means that you cannot use Perplex to modify the Damage. So if your base Damage was a 2, you couldn't Perplex, roll for BCF and rolled a 5, then add the Perplex on top of that. Similarly, if your opponent Perplexed down your base Damage to 1, and you used BCF and rolled a 4, the -1 from Perplex would not take effect, and you'd still deal 4 Damage.
