Very impressive. At first glance I'm thinking this guy, 4x AIM renegade, 1x AIM agent, IG on red skull. With 6 scientists you are very likely getting map choice. Pick something indoors and rotate barriers with your renegades while skull and your agent research the doomsday weapon in the back. Between 4 renegades you can put up 2 barriers every turn without pushing. By turn 7, with a little luck, skull will emerge with not only the doomsday weapon but be close to the #2 power on the gauntlet, if not there, which would total +3 to all stats and choose a power every turn.
This guy is just amazing to throw on nearly every force, and his viability only goes up in bigger games. It's a little frustrating to make a themed team out of hydra and scientists since the hydra scientist have AIM keywords rather than Hydra, but since red skull himself is a scientist he can largely do his own research even on a hydra only team. Also of note to be used with this skull is Richard Fisk, allowing him mastermind if you don't mind breaking a scientist themed team or if you are going for hydra. Fisk + some hydra agents will keep Skull around to create his super weapon. I'm very excited for this fig and pretty much the entire movie set. It feels like the captain america set only with figures I actually want.
The build me a weapon special, great idea. But i don't care for the fact that you'll have to wait 7 turns. You could be dead or the game could be over by then depending on who your playing against.:(
He'll need some henchmen to stall for time, so you'll probably want some Barrier and/or some cheap tie-ups. It will be exceedingly difficult to pull off the Doomsday weapon if you AE'ed him from Herr Schmidt.

That, dear sir, is a fantastic catch. I don't see any reason why not, and that really boosts his playability.
I think he means that you could give Sin a power action to add a Research token, then use Sin's "Brainwashed, Again" trait to give another fig a power action, which would then let you give Sin a second action to add a second token.
However, Sin getting to take a second action in a turn doesn't get around the "once per turn" limitation on the Doomsday Weapon power itself. And even if it did, she's not a scientist, so she can't add tokens anyway...
