So basically, can you use Multi-Attack to give Double Power Action? Master Mold theoretically can use it to pump out loads of sentinels, because since Multi-attack allows you to be given any action as a free action then he wouldn't have to get the two tokens to do it.
Please advise

Yes, you can.

Id like an orange to weigh in but as far as the rules say I don't see why not. Multiattack provides the ability to assign power actions as free actions and double power actions are a power action.

Yes. The free actions from Multi-Attack can grant a character the use of a DPA. So, in your example, Master Mold could use Multi-Attack in order to use Sentinel Assembly Line twice in one turn, and would only receive a single action token for the effort.
When I read it I thought it would give him 2 tokens, but that would do the exact same thing the simply doing 2 single action in 2 turns. (You would advance the factory dial 4 turns in 2 turns as you would clear second turn with the double actions or have the option to push with collosal size).
Even with the double advance you still hit the different levels 60, 75, 100, and 150, just once I guess.
As for the double free action, when I read Multi Attack it is a power action that gives an action then a free action, so there is no double free issue.

Piggy backing (hopefully):
This is something I was going to post as its own thread, but maybe I can get an answer here. If this works, I would think that the Revenge Tokens for Galactus would also be able to activate the same effects.

MULTIATTACK - Once per turn, give this character a power action. It can be given any two actions as free actions. Resolve the first free action before giving it the second. Modify this
character’s damage value by -1 to a minimum of 1. This ability can’t be countered.
YOU SHALL NOT HARM MY MASTER:

Whenever Galactus takes damage, place a Revenge token on this card. At the beginning of your turn, remove all Revenge tokens and give your Herald that many actions as free actions this turn.
My reasoning being, it's not free actions activating an effect, but a power action/ranged combat action/etc. being given as a free action.
Is there actually a difference between being given a free action to do something and doing some as a free action? Or am I over analyzing things?

Using a free action does not consume one of
your available actions for the turn, and you may
give your characters as many free actions as
game effects allow. A character may not activate
the same game effect twice in one turn with free
actions, unless the game effect indicates otherwise. 2011 rulebook page 8
Multiattack Indicates you can use the same effect twice, YOU SHALL NOT HARM MY MASTER, does not indicate that you can.
