I can see both sides of this one, though I'll side with CaptainNifty here. From what I can tell, BT, you hadn't left any PC instructions since turn 6. It's something you should be in the habit of doing for each turn. Even if you have a pushed character as your only figure, you should leave a note that you'd want a case-by-case choice for PC for the turn after he clears.
yeah but i did not tell him to take two turns on a row for that round of turns so i didnt get a change to leave one a turn 14 and i dispute this call of yours and am not very please that you are letting it stand like this in a rl game it would not of slipped by it is a very obivous call that a ttpc would of been used by any normal person of average intellegnce and do not agree that you are letting him get a win and get by on this on such a small technocallity. And i can cite many other games were the person did not leave a pc instruction and they went back and redid the roll just one expample is the runaways vs fantasic four game with invis women within the frist few rounds.

It's very common for players to clear their opponents if the opposing figures are pushed and have no free actions or game decisions to make on the next turn.

I was not approached about that scenario in the Runaways/Fantastic Four game. It appears the players settled it on their own, which is how most disputes are settled in the league. It might be a few times a season I'm called in to settle an issue. I could have taken a look at it if Xewutut had alerted me at the time.
But that underscores just how much of an issue PC is play-by-post and the need to leave instructions for that ability.
