Is gg003 Cardinal of the UCT a unique character? Or can I have a few?

I ask this because my club play with the following rule-

ou may only field one "specific" character at a time. In other words, you may not field more than one figure of the same character (defined by his/her "true" identity)

For example cant have Captain America and the first Avenger but can have 5 hydra soldiers!

So is Cardinal of the UCT unique using this rule?

Cardinals are generic clergy members of the UCT (and I suppose other church bodies ). The piece doesn't represent an individual.

The individual you cannot play multiple of under the above rules is Cardianl Raker, who is a specific Cardinal from a specific storyline.

The Cardinal does not have a silver, gold or bronze ring, so he is not Unique by the official rules of the game.
For unofficial rules you really need to ask your venue.
