Alright, how about this set-up.

Batman uses his dual arrow incapicate attack in conjunction with Psylocke's enhancement.

Both of batman's targets have toughness on their dial for one click only.

what would be the timing for dealing the damage? Would the enhancement damage be absorbed by toughness first, or would the targets take a click of damage for pushing and then a second click for the enhancement damage?

Toughness negates the one point of enhancement regardless of timing.

Of course, I am not a judge, so if I am incorrect I apologize.

Pushing damage is resolved after. Toughness would absorb the enhancement.

I'm a new judge so I'm just trying to iron out a few details

thanks for the response! In the example, the two targets would only have toughness for one click. So would they push off of toughness and then take an additional click because toughness wouldn't be present on the dial anymore?
