A lot of the JSA members had grey hair before the 52 reboot.

Pretty much any aged or future version of a character, since almost nobody in comics goes bald unless they were that way from the beginning or are willingly shaved.

Those last two don't fit the bill. He asked for "male" comic book characters.

The original Whizzer (in his "Avengers" appearances), Quicksilver, Silver Fox and Dominic Fortune in his modern-day team-up with Spidey.

We all know the real reason Reed Richards studied the Surfer's bio-chemistry was because he had hopes of replicating the silver coating to produce his own line of cookware and use it to put Martha Stewart, Paula Deen and Emeril Lagasse out of business.
