I'll go right to the questions.

Question One.

I know that the Sharp Shooter ability won't ignore characters in Stealth. Can a Sharp Shooter character target an opposing character behind a character in stealth?

Question Two.

When using the "morph" ability. Can I look into the dial of the character I might morph into to decide if is worth morphing into? Let me clarify, Character A is in the game, B and C are outside the game. A is on click #3, I'm thinking on morphing int B or C, can I look at click #3 of B and C to decide to morph?

2. Absolutely not. Per the new rules, all replacement characters must be on their KO clicks when they are not on the map.
