I have been fairly active on the Rules forum lately, and there a few people I have noticed with the habit of giving a blanket answer and ending their post. More often than not, they are right; but their answer alone does not help explain why they are right.
I am officially requesting politely for anyone who is answering a question to cite a source as to why they answered the way they did. I past similar ruling, a link to current ruling for said question, or just the rules/player's guide text would make your answers immensely better.
Just because you are right does not mean that your answer was enough. Citing the reasoning behind your answer may answer any followup questions or simply put the dispute to rest a lot sooner. Thank you for your consideration in this endeavor, and thank you for your service in helping the deputies out.
1. Making their subject title relevant to the question
2. Use the search function before posting a question
3. Quoting the powers/abilities/game effects
4. Accept the correct answer without needing an "orange" to "chime in"
5. Not argue when a ruling doesn't go their way
6. Not complain when a rule doesn't "make sense"
MAYBE...I'll consider doing as you suggested.

I try to do that when the issue becomes complex. But sometimes I am just quoting the rules and explaining how I read them which doesnt always follows what the oranges think.
Other times the answer may just be straight forward (right in the power itself) and lots of times players sort of make up a rule based on how they have confused a short hand with an actual rule.

Yeah I'm gonna have to say that I usually don't have the patience or the firewall privileges to look it up. I try to explain it as best I can, and if I'm wrong I usually edit my statement so it's not confusing.
As long as the Original Poster sites and quotes the the game effects they are questioning I will do my best to help quote where they should be looking to get the correct answers.
