No, not unless they have someway of ignoring characters.

Figuring no special abilities, it is blocked. Can't fire through friendlies/opposing characters unless you have a special ability that allows it(sharpshooter/pulsewave/improved).

Even if C was to the right one square, it would still go through an intersection of 2 characters, which still is a blocked lof.

Okay thank you, sorry for the basic diagram but it was all I could think of. I thought it was blocked but the little space between the two made me wonder.
