AMAZING for the points, gives anyone a nice little quick get up and go, and then to add insult to injury lets them "have stealth" if they don't have, which I know most Batman Family will but still. I can't wait to get more of these puppies and run 6 of em!!
With a pilot that meets both requirements and a perplex/PC character to ride on the B!@#$ seat the Batcycle is almost unfair to the opponent for the points. Outwit their defensive ability, running shot, place smoke clouds under itself, now in stealth, place your back up behind it or in a smoke cloud. Do more shenannegins.
Just abused the hell out of the Batcycle today with 128pt unique "jetpack" Batman. Definitely my favorite vehicle.
The 25pt dial of BM209 Batgirl (in her wheelchair) makes an awesome pilot that you can pop out for some outwit if needed.
Let her pilot it and you don't even have to pop out for that Outwit. She gains the Justice League team ability, but it doesn't say anywhere that she loses the Batman Ally team ability or the Batman Family keyword.

So with all abilities triggered this thing posts (effectively): 9 movement Stealthed Running Shot, carrying with no modifier while ignoring hindering and characters, 11 AV with the ability to shoot out of adjacency, mimicking Sinestro Bats' ability to bring his own Smoke Cloud to hide in, 18 DV ESD, 3 damage with un-counterable Outwit, and 6 range. That sounds like the opening click characteristics of a 140+ point fig to me, and it's available for 75 points in Modern Age via Batgirl or Alfred, or as low as 56 in Golden Age via Alfred pog. Ouch. That's not even touching on the back-dial utility, with Perplex and a possible 18 DV CR for tie-up duty.
1. Running shot as far as possible.
2. Drop off a good close combatant.
3. make that close combat attack.
4. when things start getting ugly, reverse that batcycle as far ### possible and eject alfred.
5. heal, re enter.
6. repeat.
I destroyed a GG Dr. Strange w/full gauntlet, astral DS, FF Scarlet Witch team with the Batcycle, Pilot Batman w/Belt +3, Batgirl, Batwoman team. Prep Batman to +2 Exploit and jump on the cycle. Move near Strange and Batman jumps off. Next turn Batman Charges Exploit for 5, moves back next to the Batcycle jumping on. Batcycle running shot for 3. I didn't even need the 2 free action smoke clouds or outwit. So good!
