Is there a figure that can make an enemy figure reroll their Shape change, Imperv, or super senses during your turn while attacking?

I believe that is it. Depending on your goal though there are figures that don't let your opponent use Shape Change or Super Senses, like Bullseye.

Well if you're playing a multiplayer game, someone else can probability control that roll.

one of the Vision figures from Chaos war had a thing that made a player reroll one die, not sure if there was any restrictions on it though

never mind, it only applies to attack rolls and only if a 6 is rolled.

You can only reroll the rolls of the active player. Most of the time, Shape Change is not rolled by the active player.
