It's been cleared that new rules will come official in JUNE, but is there some delay of 15 days or a week like it used to be not so long time ago?

It was mentioned in a different thread by an orange that the rulebook will be legal one week after the release of the Man of Steel starter

The rulebook and PAC should be available in the Superman starter, to be released in June. It will become official one week from the street date. So we've actually got about two months to think about the changes and wrap our heads around them before they are actually the official rules.
