Edit: As for your venue comments, spot on. Always good to know rulings, but defer to the venue.

Right. That rule in the Guide is for Official Wizkids stuff.

As for playable items, like I mentioned, it's best to check with the venue. Never assume that just because it's legal per Wizkids it will be legal at the venue.

Before I got my Shuma I made a proxy out of an extra Utility Belt dial and a Oogie Boogie figure from five below. I then printed out the card using the image from the Shuma preview. So yes, it is possible to print out the card.

I could just make a ruling on it but I wanted to check here first. I'm going to OK it since it was released by Wizkids/NECA on Ebay. Thanks guys.

I hacked WizKids computer syatem (seriously guys make sure your computers are off before you leave work, wasting electricity is not thinking green) and took all of there 3D sculpting images of Shuma and Dial. Plugged those into 3D printer. Went to Kinkos while I waited and got the dial and card printed out. Used Decal paper to make all the correct symbols for top of dial. After assembly of a new figure I do my usual burning of a Benjamin Chueng#Nightcrawler (only the ones with his name on them).

After this long tedious process, I melt the figure down just so it knows who its God is and that as easy as I can create I can destroy!

Are you saying he is an illegal alien?

Or just wait a few more months for immigration reforms to pass and Shuma could get a work permit. I could see him working at Chuck E Cheese doing kid's parties.
