Can you carry a teammate and pick up an object on the way if you have access to super-strength and flight/transporter?

Sure. Carry and SS are independent abilities and neither says the other can't happen. The only restriction pertaining to carrying and objects is that the character being carried cannot be holding something (having something assigned to them such as a resource or a relic is not holding the object).
