Anyone who ever heard of Thor's warrior madness state would know it's suppose to increase Thor's strength by 10x, however has it ever been portrayed like this?
Alot of the opponents he fights in this state are his regular level opponents like Beta Ray Bill, Silver Surfer and Hulk. Considering he's beaten these guys in his normal form, 10x strength should be an easy win. 5 WM Thor hits should be equivalent to 50 regular Thor hits. Yet his regular level opponents could more than hold their own against WM Thor and apparently Hulk even beat him.
Furthermore belt of strength (which is only 2x) is often portrayed as a better powerup than warrior madness. Thoughts?

In the first instance of it Him shows up (who would be Adam Warlock eventually). Him does okay against Thor who succumbs to the Warrior Madness and then promptly ignores every attack Him makes on him and darn near kills him.
Him's attacks don't even slow Thor down in this stage and he waltzes through everything to beat the stuffing out of Him.
"Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad,
He's so bad, he mak'a me mad
Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad
He's a real cad, Un-fun Dad"

Expecting power levels of any superhero to be consistent when all stories are created by an ever-changing committee of editors and writers over multiple decades is folly. Clix certainly can't be expected to be any more consistent.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.
Did the writer use 10x the words to indicate his strength?
Sorry, this question is tripping my BS detector. It's not something that you can quantify. It's like asking how much faster the Tasmanian Devil is compared to Bugs Bunny, and demanding the answer in concrete, mph terms.
They're comic books. Sometimes you just have to read them and move on.

It's not even so much about consistent but rather has it EVER came off as 10x before? At those levels he should be making mince meat out of Bill, Bruce and Norrin.

I'm not sure. Everywhere I go people claim it's 10x.

Actually it would be more like asking how much faster is the Tasmanian Devil if he was moving at 10x his speed. At 10x there should be some very noticeable differences, yet the only thing I noticed in the WM Thor fights I've seen is Thor is more angrier.

And that's what I'm trying to get at. It's almost impossible to quantitatively measure comic book values, especially over time. The next big crisis will almost certainly have something like "he struck his adversary stronger than he's ever struck anything before." It's a never-ending upward curve, unless the hero gets depowered at some point.
The strength, speed, intellect, durability, regenerative, etc levels of characters will always serve the story, not the science. It might be best to just enjoy the ride.
