Mage Knight HeroClix Resurrection: Bonebreaker Shaman and Solonavi Domineer!
Today’s Mage Knight HeroClix: Resurrection continues its previews with two more characters sure to break your opponent’s resolve, coming soon to a store near you!
For Mage Knight versions; Please check MKRealms.com
Hear Their Bones Grind: When an opposing character takes damage from Bonbreaker Shaman's attack and the result of the attack roll is doubles, the target can't move until your next turn. Mend the Tribe: Bonebreaker Shaman can use Perplex and Support.
We Are All Pawns of the Pact: Solonavi Domineer can use Mind Control and, when he does, the hit target modifies either its attack or damage value by +1 until actions resolve. Solonavi Domineer can use Mind Control as a free action and, when he does, instead modify his attack value by -1.
Dominion Pact TA: When an opposing character within 4 squares is KO'd, characters using this team ability are healed 1 damage.
The official "Make Capt. Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew" rep. All other Zoo Crew fans, get in line behind me. There’s plenty of room for all of us.
Very nice! Dominion Pact TA is Copy-able, so Bone Breaker Shaman would make a great support piece in Golden Age: TK, Barrier, Perplex and Support for 80-pts!
I wish the Orc had 2 less clicks of life,
and was just 60 points.
If I am going to Perplex a friendly and TK them forwards into battle
( and then Barrier or use Support later in the game ),
I would much rather pay 60 points instead of 80.
I like the "free" Mind Control on the Solonavi.

For some reason, these figures don't feel like Mage Knight to me, more like Mage Knight Dungeon. Also, it's like I am looking at Heroclix stuff. They don't feel unique. These will be an easy pass for me. The crate and a half I have of the old Mage Knight will have to suffice.
It feels like they are really nailing the "feel" of mage knights to me and frankly, I think I'm more excited to play their heroclix dials than I am to play the switchclix MK 2.0 ones. Hopefully mixed with LOTR on some of the more woodsy maps, we can elicit the feel of mage knights even if we can't reproduce it exactly (without relearning a ton of rules that are a little bit counter to current heroclix rules).
Sometimes I blog about heroclix. Sometimes I blog about the existential crises I experience while thinking about heroclix.
Good call. However, I didn't see these two on the front page.
Also, I'm not sure why you wouldn't post both dials in both places to get maximum exposure. HC players that know nothing about MK won't go to MKR to check those dials out. But if they're exposed to them, they just might start doing some digging to find out what its all about.
