PLUNDER BY REMOTE CONTROL: Give The Joker a free action and choose an unheld object within 8 squares. For this turn, that object becomes a friendly bystander token as described on the back of this card. When KO'd or at the end of your turn, it becomes an object again and is placed in the square it last ocupied.
if i have a person on top of lets say Skadi's Hammer, and i roll to pick it up and, end my turn. If the joker uses his plunder by remote control ability, what happens? does the object get moves out from under me? Is the object still an object (can Cyborg Superman still eat it once it is changed)? When it becomes just a basic object do i get another chance to roll to pick it up again?
If you roll for Skadis Hammer and assign it to a character, it no longer becomes an object within 8 squares. It would be off the map on the characters card and assigned to the character.
You would not be able to choose it with Jokers effect.

3) THE RULE OF OCCUPANCY Any game effect resulting in two or more characters occupying the same square, or characters, terrain markers, or objects occupying a square of blocking terrain, is prohibited (except for Debris markers, see Terrain, p. 12). If part of a game effect would cause this to happen, that part of the game effect is ignored. If moving or placing a character, terrain marker, or object would cause this, then the character, terrain markers, or object must instead move to or be placed in a different square. Characters using certain powers and abilities may freely travel through other characters and/or blocking terrain, but if it will end its movement in the same square as another character or blocking terrain, the moving character must end its movement before entering the occupied square.
Since using Plunder By Remote Control would cause a character (the former object) to occupy the same square as another character in your scenario, you could not use PBRC that way. It is prohibited.
And, no, the new bystander is not an object; it is a bystander. Cyborg Superman could not "eat it".
Nowhere is the word "basic" used in that description. The relic, if that's what the object was, becomes a relic again. And if a character already rolled for the relic, it wouldn't be able to do so again.
*NOTE: I was assuming the relic roll failed and the relic was still on the map. Otherwise, if the relic roll was successful, see the Cat's answer; there is no object left on which to use PBRC.
You could use the pbrc to say move the gamma bomb to a more advantageous position am I correct?

Well maybe. There was some question last I heard about this: When KO'd or at the end of your turn, it becomes an object again and is placed in the square it last occupied.
and if it refers to the square the bystander was last in or the original square the object occupied.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
“No matter how subtle the wizard, a knife between the shoulder blades will seriously cramp his style.”
How are you moving it anyways since it has a speed of 0? Unless you TK it I guess, but couldn't you just do that to the bomb normally?
The bomb can't be moved or placed: it's an immobile object. When it's a bystander you could carry or TK it.

Edit: I guess you could carry it, didn't think about that.
I was thinking carry ,tk ,perplex its movement or even shatter star portal it back to my enemies turtle formation right before it goes off.
Of course I'd have to make some comment on al queida ,NVAor IRA when I did it .
