Searched and couldn't find the answer. When does the action token for TTPC get applied, before or after damage is dealt?
Specifically, a character has willpower first click. If they still take the hit, after the reroll, does the token get applied, not causing pushing damage, then they take the damage?

It isn't clearly defined, but I believe the token for using TTPC is applied when you use it. However, pushing damage is applied as the action resolves, which will be after the attack damage is applied. So you get hit, use TTPC and take a second token, get hit anyway and the damage takes you off Willpower. Then you take pushing damage if applicable.

I believe this is correct. It is congruent with this thread which so far has not been corrected by any oranges.
