I'm also confused by the point of this article. It doesn't feel like you're reviewing the sets, but just three random figures from each set.
How about giving a breakdown of the sets?
How many figures were there?
How many new characters in each?
How many seemed to tie into the theme?
How did they play in sealed events?
How do the most powerful from each set compare?
How about the generics?
How do the sculpt/paint jobs compare?
Maybe make a ranking system. Points for sealed playability. Points for adherence to theme. Points for good sculpts. Etc.
Good points, breakdown, new characters, tie into theme, i will most likely use. sealed, not too much since there isa main guy who does those reviews on this site, i might touch on it here and there, but i like the notes. My next review will be on which is a fast forces to pick up. comparing all modern ones.
How was Harvest selected as a top 3 want? There was certainly no buzz for him before his reveal, and the big story he was involved in was widely panned. I think Starfire, Red Tornado or Deathstroke were clearly more wanted than him.
i wanted to talk about deathstroke, but he was a rare for that set. I think next article will also talk about the best and worse characters, cause starfire would of been a good choice for best.
i selected harvest best on buzz from local players in my area, and talk of him when he was previewed, and my excitement and want for him, till see his flaws, specially once the whole set was out and is trait seemed useless.
flash and red were tied in my opinion, it was a hard one to call, so i went on which one i wanted to write about more.
and of course i had to talk about one of the chases, and superboy prime was the obvious choice due to buzz worthy
Titans failed because of the focus on Nu52. The classic readers didn't recognize half of the set and couldn't care less for it. I hate Harvest. He is the worst and I can't find anyone who'll take him off of my hands. Why does he have three sources of outwit? (power, staff, copy superman enemy) You can only use one, you have to ignore the others. Young Justice as a sub theme, but none of the main characters get the keyword, even though they are all featured in the set. A fast forces of a team that no one has heard of, and their comic got cancelled before the set even dropped? It was just full of bad decisions. And I still bought more of it then any other set... Maybe I need to re think my life.
Maybe you need to fire your CFO.

You might want to find an editor. Those kinds of mistakes can throw me enough to not want to read your write up. (I had to stop before I got to the Hulk write up).
It's worst, not worse. At least, as you most often used it.
I like the idea of comparing the worst sets, but there is something missing. If I knew what it was, I'd be writing them!
Good luck.

Sums up my sentiments well.
Thank you for reading this. It makes me feel important.
I read the whole article, and I agree that it feels unfocused. I'm not sure what the point was.
Personally, I think I'd have to go with Hulk as the weaker set, although both would really only be used for figure selection for theme filler. Plus, TT brought me a nice JL roster!

As someone who tends to get more DC stuff than Marvel, Teen Titans was probably my least favorite DC set ever. The psions and gordanians were about all I cared about getting. (I would have liked a Red Tornado too, but not at what he's been going for.)
The Hulk set at least had Herc and Amadeus, and I liked that. I just wish we could get more characters from that run.

I never read that comic, but those figures aren't bad at all. That Ridge is a beast.
