when S-witch at 100pts is attacked, can you opt to use the PC first from her damage SP before the defense SP kicks in, allowing 2 rerolls on upon defending herself?

I think you are allowed to use her prob (or another's) to reroll before her defense sp kicks in.

The active player chooses the order of simultaneous effects but I don't think a hit can be fully considered a hit until rerolls have occurred. As I understand it prob and super senses are the only regular powers that can change a hit into a miss, and it seems like her power would trigger in a similar timing to super senses.

I am not an expert so this may be wrong.

I think so too. This is something I was pondering myself the other day. I hope we get an orange on here for an official ruling on this.
