Does the same hold true for the updated PG (that to my knowledge we are still waiting on)? Or does that apply as soon as we get it?

I would like to know what the latest it can get released, and still apply to the Tulsa event in january is (though I suppose they can apply it anyway even if there is 'supposed' to be a grace period before implementing).

PG is immediately valid, unless your venue rules otherwise.
